Days and locations
In-person appointments are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at Macquarie Cottage in Springwood, NSW.
Online appointments are available on Mondays and Fridays but sometimes other days are an option so please ask.
Cost
Appointments are $100 for 50 minutes. If this cost is difficult for you please ask about a concession rate.
Payments are made by a bank transfer or by card online.
Bookings
You do not need a referral to make an appointment.
Contact me directly and let me know if you're interested in meeting in-person or online, and the day/s you're available.
The first appointment
The first appointment is about getting to know one another and starting to build a safe, collaborative working relationship. We’ll discuss the big picture of what’s going on for you, the impact it is having on your life, the strengths and coping skills you are currently using, perhaps a new coping skill for you to start using right away, and your goals for counselling. Sometimes this will take more than one appointment.
Some details to be aware of
You can change or cancel an appointment, but please give 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
The length of the appointment will not be extended for late arrivals.
Future appointments may be postponed for outstanding fees.
If the appointment is online, please be in a safe and private location.
